About the job

MKR Techsoft Ltd wants to recruit and retain the best people and therefore we need a highly-skilled, organized individual who can help to increase the company’s business. We are looking to hire a business development executive who has the confidence to work in a standalone role, with access to appropriate support and advice. You will be an expert who is responsible for the Business Development of our company.

Working Hours: 20 hours/Week

Salary: Between £11/hr to £15/hr (Dependant Upon Experience)

Job Types: Part-Time

Qualifications

To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s /Master in Computers or Business Management

  • 2-5 years prior industry-related business development experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

  • Focused and goal-oriented

  • Based in the United Kingdom

  • Must have 2+ years of experience as a business development executive/manager

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Responsibilities

    • Lead generation from online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, Bark, Fiver, Malt, etc.

    • Lead generation through email marketing, cold calling, social media marketing

    • Lead generation via Twitter and LinkedIn

    • Bidding on the above portals and closing projects for the company (sales)

    • Strong understanding of clients’ app and web development (digital) needs and

    • Communicating project requirements to the management / CEO

    • Client Relationship Management

    • Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)

    • Creating a sales pipeline of prospective clients and following up with them till a conversion or rejection with proper documentation

    • Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls

    • Building and maintaining a database/list of prospective and existing clients

    • Experience in dealing with national and international clients

    • Creating marketing, sales, and outreach strategies that grow the business with the CEO/Manager

    • Basic skills like wire-frame, project management for creating outreach graphics, and managing client relationships and communication
